We are always trying to think of new ideas and ways to keep bird's beaks busy, happy and active! Our toys and swings may look unlike toys you have seen before. These toys and swings are meant to be chewed on, shredded up and destroyed! Birds enjoy being able to do things they would be able to do in the wild. Toys that can't be destroyed become boring - so lets give them some stimulation! As new toys and swings come available I will add them to the catalogs. Our toy and swing lines are made with care and with birds in mind! We take pride in the quality of them as well. We do not sell anything we would not give to our own birds.

We offer our toys and swings at reasonable prices so you can spoil your feathered friends! You may have seen some of our designs in pet stores or sold on other websites. If you are interested in selling our toy line contact us for details. Our toys are brand new, creative and bird approved - what more could you ask for!!

We usually ship out orders in 3-10 business days however sometimes orders can take longer. Email us anytime for an order update. We usually respond within 24 hours however we are closed on the weekends and sometimes are out of town and away from the computer!
We are not a huge business with a bunch of employees. We are not a supercenter that buys in product by the thousands from China, India, Philippines or Mexico.
We are a small company that makes 95% of the bird toys on our website. We try to keep a lot of toys and toy parts in-stock however inventory levels can change quickly. We can order any amount for you just let us know what you are looking for and we would be more than happy to serve you! All the parts we use in our bird toy line are used with birds in mind! Busy Bird, Inc. bird products are made in a clean, climate controlled facility. There is no birds, no smoking and no chemicals allowed at our shop. This is to insure you that you are getting quality products for your feathered loved ones.

Our products are made with many different parts, textures and materials. These items help keep birds interested in playing with toys and not picking their feathers! We use bird-safe paulie rope, plastic materials, supreme cotton rope, shredder ropes, stainless steel, vegetable tanned leather, natural wood slices, grapevine wreathes, shredder balls, birdie bagels and much more on our bird toy line. We offer creative, toy parts and toys at way less than retail prices.

All our toys and swings are made for each order so each one is unique and clean! This way you can also request custom items! We care about birds so we keep them in mind when making toys and add a variety of textures and materials to interest them.

Need help choosing the right toy for your bird? Please feel free to let me know and I will send you some recommendations based on your bird's size! Every bird is different and will play differently. It is important to watch your bird with toys and inspect them daily. Bird beaks will change the toy as your bird plays so inspecting them often will ensure your bird will continue to be safe! You will then also notice what your bird enjoys most!

Experts say no bird toy is 100% safe. This is because once your bird begins chewing and playing with the toys the toy will change. We use bird safe parts on all our toys and swings so if something gets pulled out it will make a great foot toy. On most of our toys, once the shreddable parts are gone you can replace those parts. So when it is rotated back into your birds' cage it will be new again! Check our toy parts catalog for extra parts or foot toys!
